If the world were a village of 100 people, what would its composition be? Sometimes we can get caught up in what is directly around us, seeing only what is within our own immediate reach. Sometimes, however, we need to take a step back to see that the world is far different then we think. This set of 20 images, designed by Toby Ng, is built on statistics about the spread of population around the world under various classifications. The numbers are turned into graphics to give us a more relative view of the world and all the people in it.
